Yes, I ask for a 3‑month minimum commitment for Website Retainer Packages. This allows us to build momentum, maintain consistency, and create meaningful results for your brand and website.

Because your monthly deliverables are reserved in advance and work begins behind the scenes early in the month, all payments are non‑refundable. If you need to pause or cancel, just let me know before your next billing cycle if this is after your first three-month commitment with me.

Larger updates like a new web page or a new website integration fall outside monthly deliverables and are quoted as separate projects. This ensures you get the time, attention, and strategy needed for bigger changes without affecting your monthly support. For Website retainer clients my Web Consulting hourly rate will be discounted to $80.
